I don’t know if I’ll be able to keep up with posting every day, with one of my 365 images, but until then, I’m thoroughly enjoying getting more use out of my camera than just for business or school functions. It’s been quite interesting the things I see every day and it’s something that I want to photograph for the sake of remembering, for my benefit, for improving my skills, for widening my thought processes when it comes to shooting. I know I’ve certainly enjoyed seeing my other friends’ 365 projects and it helps in my journey as well.

On my way to pick up the kids from school, I had this cool idea for all them to hold a “1” in their hands, go to the one my cool shoot locations and get some fran-friggin’-tastic images of the kids. Buuuuuuut, it is cold out there. The wind is cutting and I knew I wouldn’t get much cooperation out of them. Soooooo….

They got ready for karate and I made a makeshift “1-11-11” sign for them to hold. By the looks of the image, you can tell they are freezing, as they are about to jump into the truck with Daddy, and poor ol’ John Cooper is ticked because he wants to get on the slide. The cold didn’t bother him.

So, I got two shots. And I found this one to be hilarious. I’m terrible, I know.
