I know I say this all of the time, but where do these seniors get their innate style?
One of the things that I’ve seriously grown to love about shooting seniors is their style and their confidence. Even if they aren’t feeling confident at first, it starts to show throughout the session, such as with this beauty.
Miss Summer had some serious rockin’ wardrobe picks, not to mention her fabulous, FAB-U-LOUS shoes! (How I wish I could still wear those shoes and not let my inner clumsy shine!) She brought a friend with her, who I will also be shooting in the Spring, so we had a lot of funny moments and I got my fix for all things teen girls.
We shot in my usual field location and the light was glorious. Pure and heavenly. She started out a little shy but as usual, I helped her find her inner diva/model/rock star, especially when she ran back and forth out to the middle of Hwy. 84 in 4+ inch heels. We finished up in Caruthersville at my funky rustic location and the beauty that is Summer really came out. Her eyes are stunning and I was completely blown away by how wonderful the images turned out.
Summer, I had a great time with you and Allison. You are such a beautiful sweetheart and I was glad to have met you, and I’m completely honored to have been your senior photographer. Best wishes in these final months of your senior year and have a rockin'(read: studious *wink*) freshmen year at college!
