Yep, it’s that time of year again. A time to reflect on the everything that mothers do.

E-VER-Y-THING.

Cook. Clean. Laundry. Chauffer. Book-reader. Butt-wiper. Boo-boo kisser. Bath-giver. Picture-taker. Follow-the-Leader leader. DVD-changer. Nose-wiper. Problem solver. Raspberry giver. Itsy-bitsy-Spider-singin’-when-the-baby-wants-to-roll-around-in-poop-while-trying-to-grab-more-wipes-and-change-the-diaper-at-the-same-time-to-avoid-another-mess.

Yep. They are the backbone of their children. And no one can do a mother’s jobs any better.

Moms are everything.

A while back, I posted on my Facebook page about telling moms to get in the picture more with their children this year. And I got quite a response from mothers. I’ve been guilty of worrying about my hair/weight/make-up/stupid things that my kids would care less about. And I just never really thought of the importance of being IN the picture with them. Well, it is important. Your children will be grown someday and the memories of their childhood will only be captured in pictures.

Minus Mom.

So, I hope some of you have taken it upon yourselves to familiarize yourself with the self-timer on your camera. It’s very effective, trust me. I’ve been doing at least one picture per month with my children and I love it. Love that they’ll remember the moments of doing it and having the evidence of their Mom in the picture with them.

And so, with Mother’s Day this year, I wanted to offer a mini session that incorporates my idea of Mom getting in the picture. Add to your collection of snapshots, and get a professional picture of you and your kids. Something fun, something amazing, something memorable.

I’m offering limited dates in May, so act quickly. All dates must be booked by Mother’s Day (May 8, 2011). I’m ready to meet you and your children.

From one mom to another, you rock.
